He is the Head of Arms<\/strong>, Head and Sovereign of the Imperial and Royal House of Ukraine-Rus\u2019<\/strong>, and Grand Master of all its Orders<\/strong>. IV. As His Majesty is a direct descendant of the Portuguese Royal House of Avis, from a lineage of tithers of the Holy Roman Catholic Church, we officially recognize his dynastic prerogatives as just, lawful, and based on the rights of blood and sovereignty. V. We confirm that His Majesty holds full dynastic, state, and international legal prerogatives, including: Jus Sanguinis<\/strong> (Right of Blood), Jus Majestatis<\/strong> (Right of Majesty), Jus Imperii<\/strong> (Right of Sovereignty), Fons Honorum<\/strong> (Fountain of Honor). On his paternal side, His Majesty is a direct descendant of Emperor Genghis Khan<\/strong>, through Jochi Khan<\/strong>, and further down through the Khans of the Golden Horde<\/strong>, Crimea<\/strong>, Kazan<\/strong>, the Giray Dynasty<\/strong>, and eventually to the Russian princely House of Kostrov and the Cossack Hetmans of Ukraine. In view of the above, we confirm the authenticity of all titles granted to His Imperial and Royal Majesty Yuri I Kostrov of Ukraine-Rus\u2019 \u2014 as Sovereign King<\/strong>, Grand Duke<\/strong>, and Duke of the House of Kostrov<\/strong>. These titles form an inalienable part of his immunities, including: Jus Majestatis<\/strong> \u2014 the right to be protected and respected under international jurisdiction, Jus Imperii<\/strong> \u2014 the right to govern and exercise authority, Fons Honorum<\/strong> \u2014 the right to confer titles, ranks, orders, and awards. X. His Majesty holds the right to: Establish and approve military and civil symbols, Grant and renew noble titles, Appoint ambassadors, plenipotentiary ministers, and other representatives, Issue decrees, and establish orders, academies, colleges, institutes, and other institutions. All of these fall under the spiritual, legal, and symbolic patronage of the Sovereign Imperial and Royal House of Kostrov. XI. I. The prerogatives derived from canonical and legal rights grant us the authority to issue registers, conclusions, and acts of recognition, including the confirmation of dynastic and heraldic titles. II. In the field of genealogy and dynastic succession, we affirm the lawful application of the following legal principles: Jus Historicum<\/strong> (Historical Right), Jus Genealogicum<\/strong> (Genealogical Right), Fons Honorum<\/strong> (Fountain of Honor), Jus Majestatis<\/strong> (Right of Majesty), Jus Imperii<\/strong> (Right of Sovereignty), Nobiliary Law<\/strong>, International Law<\/strong>. Accordingly, after thorough examination, we recognize His Imperial and Royal Majesty, King Yuri I Kostrov of Ukraine-Rus\u2019<\/strong>, as the legitimate descendant and blood representative of the noble and ancient House of Kostrov. His Imperial and Royal Majesty Yuri I, a Grand Duke with dynastic rights, hereditary titles, territorial jurisdiction, pontifical powers, and internationally acknowledged privileges, is confirmed by: Bishops, Archbishops, and Patriarchs, Royal, ducal, and princely houses, Orders, academies, and sovereign institutions. He is the Head of Arms<\/strong>, Head and Sovereign of the Imperial and Royal House of Ukraine-Rus\u2019<\/strong>, and Grand Master of all its Orders<\/strong>. IV. As His Majesty is a direct descendant of the Portuguese Royal House of Avis, from a lineage of tithers of the Holy Roman Catholic Church, we officially recognize his dynastic prerogatives as just, lawful, and based on the rights of blood and sovereignty. V. We confirm that His Majesty holds full dynastic, state, and international legal prerogatives, including: Jus Sanguinis<\/strong> (Right of Blood), Jus Majestatis<\/strong> (Right of Majesty), Jus Imperii<\/strong> (Right of Sovereignty), Fons Honorum<\/strong> (Fountain of Honor). VI. On his maternal line, His Majesty descends from the Royal House of David<\/strong>, through Prince Meshullam<\/strong>, son of Prince Zerubbabel<\/strong>, as well as from the Bulani dynasty of the Khazar Khaganate<\/strong>. His great-grandfather was Antonio I the Resolute<\/strong>, son of Infante Lu\u00eds, Duke of Beja<\/strong>, grandson of King Manuel I of Portugal<\/strong>, born in Lisbon on 26 August 1531, and deceased in Paris in August 1595. On his paternal side, His Majesty is a direct descendant of Emperor Genghis Khan<\/strong>, through Jochi Khan<\/strong>, and further down through the Khans of the Golden Horde<\/strong>, Crimea<\/strong>, Kazan<\/strong>, the Giray Dynasty<\/strong>, and eventually to the Russian princely House of Kostrov and the Cossack Hetmans of Ukraine. In view of the above, we confirm the authenticity of all titles granted to His Imperial and Royal Majesty Yuri I Kostrov of Ukraine-Rus\u2019 \u2014 as Sovereign King<\/strong>, Grand Duke<\/strong>, and Duke of the House of Kostrov<\/strong>. These titles form an inalienable part of his immunities, including: Jus Majestatis<\/strong> \u2014 the right to be protected and respected under international jurisdiction, Jus Imperii<\/strong> \u2014 the right to govern and exercise authority, Fons Honorum<\/strong> \u2014 the right to confer titles, ranks, orders, and awards. X. His Majesty holds the right to: Establish and approve military and civil symbols, Grant and renew noble titles, Appoint ambassadors, plenipotentiary ministers, and other representatives, Issue decrees, and establish orders, academies, colleges, institutes, and other institutions.
