Doninu (Malta) International, like any civic group, is entitled to constitutional protections.\n  <\/p>\n  <h4>Which Constitutional Articles May Be Breached if Authorities Refuse to Cooperate or Cause Harm?<\/h4>\n  <ul>\n    <li><strong>Article 32 \u2013 Fundamental Rights:<\/strong> Protects all citizens and groups from unjust treatment.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Article 38 \u2013 Right to Fair Treatment:<\/strong> Prohibits administrative discrimination.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Article 41 \u2013 Freedom of Association and Expression:<\/strong> Protects the right to organise, express views, and act collectively.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>\n    Therefore, <strong>local councils, ministries, government departments, and members of Parliament<\/strong> are expected to cooperate with such civil organisations.
