White Knights for Charity

White Knights of Charity is a knightly order that unites individuals of goodwill who dedicate their lives to charitable service. This noble Order operates exclusively for the purpose of serving those in need—especially individuals facing poverty, hardship, or social exclusion.

Founded by Doninu (Malta) International and Chev. (Jean) Pierre Calleja SoC, the Order is rooted in the timeless values of love, compassion, and selfless service toward others. It is guided by a mission to uplift the vulnerable and defend human dignity through acts of charity and solidarity.

The tradition of chivalry stretches back across centuries, and while times have changed, the principle remains the same: being part of an order does not mean holding a title for prestige—it means carrying a responsibility. True knights must stand against injustice and fight the evils of our age, just as knights of the past once did on the battlefield.

The White Knights of Charity embody the spirit of modern-day chivalry—where the weapons are no longer swords, but compassion, courage, and commitment to making the world a better place for all.

Here is Ephesians Chapter 6 (selected verses) from the Bible for clarity and accessibility:

Ephesians 6 – The Armor of God

Verses 10–18:

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.
11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,
15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests…

Anthem of the White Knights for Charity
“Armoured in Light”

Verse 1
In a world of shadows, we rise with the dawn,
With the poor and the weary, we journey on.
Clothed in truth, with hearts that burn bright,
We march in silence, defenders of right.

Chorus
Armoured in light, with the shield of faith,
We stand for justice, we fight with grace.
The sword of the Spirit, the Word we proclaim,
In love and in mercy, we honour His name.
White Knights we are, sworn never to fall,
To serve the least, and answer the call.

Verse 2
Where hunger cries out and darkness is near,
We bring the light, we cast out fear.
With sandals of peace and helmets held high,
We walk with angels, and never say die.

Chorus
Armoured in light, with the shield of faith,
We stand for justice, we fight with grace.
The sword of the Spirit, the Word we proclaim,
In love and in mercy, we honour His name.
White Knights we are, sworn never to fall,
To serve the least, and answer the call.

Bridge
Not for glory, nor crown made of gold,
But for love that is timeless, ancient and bold.
We kneel to the weak, to lift them anew,
For Christ is our captain, forever true.

Final Chorus
Armoured in light, with the shield of faith,
We stand for justice, we fight with grace.
The sword of the Spirit, the Word we proclaim,
In love and in mercy, we honour His name.
White Knights we are, sworn never to fall,
To serve the least, and answer the call.

Prayer of the White Knights

WWe worship You, O Lord, our shield and our strength; grant us courage in every step we take.

I Inspire us daily to walk in truth, wearing Your armor with honour and humility.
TTeach us to forgive, to heal, and to love as You have loved us unconditionally.
EEmpower us to carry light into darkness, never fearing evil, but trusting in Your Word.

KKeep our mission pure, our purpose noble, and our eyes fixed on the eternal prize.
NNurture our brotherhood in unity, and strengthen our bonds with mercy and grace.
I Illuminate our path, so we may lead others toward justice, hope, and peace.
G Grant us wisdom to discern, boldness to act, and gentleness to heal.
HHold us firm in times of trial, and let us never grow weary in doing good.
T Transform our souls to be living reflections of Your truth and righteousness.
SSanctify us, O God, so we may be true White Knights—faithful, fearless, and filled with love.

Amen.

Ephesians Chapter 6 – Explained for White Knights for Charity

Ephesians 6:10–20 – The Armor of God

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.”
(Ephesians 6:10–11)

Explanation:
As White Knights, we are not fighting people—we are fighting injustice, poverty, lies, hatred, and darkness. This verse tells us to draw our strength from God, and not from violence or ego. Our weapons are spiritual and moral—based on faith, truth, and love.

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world…”
(Ephesians 6:12)

Explanation:
True knights do not fight to harm others. We fight against corruption, evil systems, oppression, and anything that causes suffering. The enemy is not a person—it is injustice, cruelty, and lies.

The Full Armor of God:

Each part of this “armor” is symbolic. Here’s how it applies to the White Knights:

1. The Belt of Truth (v. 14)

“Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist…”

Be honest and speak truth, even when it’s difficult. A knight who lies is not a knight of God.

2. The Breastplate of Righteousness (v. 14)

“…with the breastplate of righteousness in place.”

Protect your heart by doing what is right. Help the weak. Defend the innocent. Avoid pride and selfishness.

3. The Shoes of Peace (v. 15)

“…with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.”

Walk in peace. Don’t bring war or division. Be quick to go where help is needed.

4. The Shield of Faith (v. 16)

“Take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.”

Trust in God always. When the world attacks you with lies, hate, or discouragement, your faith protects you.

5. The Helmet of Salvation (v. 17)

“Take the helmet of salvation…”

Remember that you belong to God. Keep your thoughts focused on hope and eternal values, not earthly power.

6. The Sword of the Spirit (v. 17)

“…and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.”

Your only weapon is the Word of God—the Bible. It guides you to truth and helps you defend others through wisdom and love.

7. Prayer (v. 18)

“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests…”

A knight prays constantly. Prayer is your direct line to God. Without it, the armor means nothing.
