The Nations Alliance for International Mission (N.A.I.M.) is an international humanitarian and diplomatic entity that operates as a direct liaison office with the United Nations and its affiliated missions. Established by Doninu (Malta) International, this Alliance provides a unified platform to represent and coordinate international voluntary initiatives in alignment with global peace, justice, and sustainable development.

N.A.I.M. is led by Eng. Naim Aladgham, and it functions as both a governing and supporting institution, tasked with ensuring that all member organisations operate within the highest ethical, humanitarian, and legal standards recognized by the international community.

Our Core Mission

  • Serve as an official and recognised contact point between our global network and the United Nations
  • Coordinate international humanitarian operations, missions, and peacebuilding efforts
  • Promote and implement the values of the UN Charter and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Act as a diplomatic and ethical oversight body for all Doninu-affiliated global branches
  • Support the work of VATEL (Office for Peace and Humanitarian Cooperation)

The Board of Doninu (Malta) International has officially appointed Eng. Naim Aladgham to lead and coordinate the newly established section and office of N.A.I.M. – Nations Alliance for International Mission.

This decision reflects the Board’s trust in Eng. Aladgham’s proven dedication to humanitarian service, international cooperation, and diplomacy. As a professional who is already actively engaged with the United Nations in various capacities, Eng. Aladgham brings valuable experience, vision, and a global network that will greatly support the mission of N.A.I.M.

He will serve as the official Head of the N.A.I.M. Office, representing not only Doninu (Malta) International but also all organisations operating under its umbrella, in alignment with the values and goals of the United Nations. Under his leadership, N.A.I.M. will work hand in hand with international bodies to support peace, development, and humanitarian outreach wherever needed.
