V.A.T.E.L. as the Foreign Affairs Office of Doninu (Malta) International

V.A.T.E.L. – Voluntary Administration for Transnational External Leadership is hereby established as the official Foreign Affairs and International Coordination Office for all organisations, initiatives, federations, or affiliated bodies falling under the umbrella of Doninu (Malta) International.

V.A.T.E.L. shall be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining all external diplomatic, international voluntary, and global humanitarian relations on behalf of Doninu (Malta) International and its affiliated entities. This includes the organisation of cross-border missions, the coordination of volunteer placements in foreign countries, and the formal representation of Doninu-affiliated groups in multilateral international forums.

The Official Leader of V.A.T.E.L. is H.E. Amb. Dr. Pierre Vatel, who shall act as the sole authorised representative in all matters of foreign affairs. He is empowered to:

Engage in direct communication and collaboration with foreign governments, embassies, United Nations agencies, and other international institutions;
Sign Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) or cooperation agreements with international partners, upon consultation or approval by the Doninu (Malta) International Board;
Represent the values, mission, and decisions of Doninu (Malta) International globally;
Propose or coordinate international missions for volunteer deployment.

All communications and international dealings related to the foreign affairs of any Doninu-affiliated body shall be routed through V.A.T.E.L., unless otherwise approved in writing by the Board of Doninu (Malta) International.

Shape us into true leaders—not for power, but for service. Let our presence bring healing, hope, and change where it is most needed.

E – Eternal Father,
Protect all those we serve beyond borders. May our hands carry Your grace, and may our voices proclaim Your peace.

L – Lord of Love and Light,
Lead V.A.T.E.L. in Your divine purpose. Unite us as one global family, with respect, humility, and unwavering faith.
